Q:  What does F.A.Q. mean?
A:   It is an acronym for "Frequently Asked Questions".  This may help answer most commonly asked questions.

Q:  Will this FAQ Page be updated?
A:   Yes, we will add answers to questions that we receive frequently.  So please feel free to ask us your question if it can not be found within our web site in the meantime.

Q:  I forgot my password, what can I do?

A:   Click on the Forgot Password link located in the top right corner of the web page.  If you forgot the email address you used to create your NJVTI account, please contact us for assistance.

     If you are NOT receiving the email with your login info:

  • Check Spam/ Junk Mail Filters to see if the email was mistakenly redirected there.
  • Add WildApricot's email "password@wildapricot.com" to your address book so it is accepted by your mailbox program and request your password to be sent again.
  • If you are using your company's email addressing, check with their IT Dept about adjusting spam filters or where to find misdirected emails you are not receiving.

If you are still unable to login or your username/password combination is empty, please contact us for further assistance -- Please state the date, time, and email address used for the password request -- for further investigation.

 Q:  I am not receiving email from NJVTI.

A:   First, check that the email address listed in your profile is correct. You can check your profile by clicking on the View Profile link (located in the top right hand corner of every web page).  Second, check your email subscription preferences by clicking on the Email Subscription link located at the top of your profile page. Make any necessary changes and click Save.  If this still does not work, then:

    Q:  How do I log-in with my New email address?
    A:   If you have a new email address, log in using your old email address (the email address you created your NJVTI profile with) and then edit your profile (click on the View Profile link in the top right corner of your web page).  Edit the email information and then click Save.  Log out and then re-login using your new email address.

    Membership

    Q:  How can I register for membership or a seminar without using your online payment page on your website?
    A:  
    You MUST Complete the Forms online with all requested fields filled, which insures NJVTI receives a copy of all information ready for our database when payment has been received & processed.  When you are done completing the required information, click the Confirm and Proceed with payment button, regardless of your payment method.  If you are paying via credit card or PayPal, you simply select that payment option, but if you are paying by check simply click on the link to print your invoice and mail it along with your check (made payable to NJVTI) to:

    A:   Yes please feel free to link to our main page http://njvti.com/.
      

    Q:  How can I add my company's website to your "Links of Interest" Page?
    A: 
     Please Contact Us to have it added. We reserve the right to list only those websites we feel are relative to our organization's interests. If accepted we will respond by adding your website in a future update, but we do not reply by e-mail. Therefore include the following information:

    • Your name, title, and email;
    • The Company's web site title;
    • A brief description of the site;
    • URL web address location.
    • Do NOT send us your graphic banner.  We delete emails with unknown attachments.  Instead, include the full URL address of where we may find your graphic banner to use.
